This hotel was set in a central area near to the Niagara Falls and also the Niagara Falls Fashion outlet, close to mall and a grocery store. All of the staff was amicable and efficient. We appreciated rooms with 2 double beds👌😃

Disappointing aspect was too small bathroom.

The owner of the motel is an old couple. They are nice and warm-hearted. The place of the motel is not far from Niagara falls. There are restaurants nearby. Considering the price, the motel is good.

It seems not very clean. I found two flies in the room.

The caretaker couple Eddie and Malena are very nice . The room is small but very clean. Free shuttle and bus. Very convenient location near lots of shops and restaurants. Will stay there again next time.

Wifi is free but sometimes can be very slow.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The pool was well-kept and at a good temperature.

Inidviduals in other rooms were permitted to play car radios at a volume level that could be heard in our room. This was distracting and should not be permitted.

The room was super clean, and the comfortable bedding ensured a good night's rest. The warm, accommodating staff made everything even better. Plus, the inviting outdoor pool was a good bonus on a hot day. Truly, a gem of a place!

Think that this excellent hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. The venue is fairly clean, the staff is amazing. The rooms are cozy and amazing, with a microwave, a fridge and a seating area. The bathroom is nice and the bed is soft. The services are exceptional, including a heated pool. There's ample parking available and great internet too...

We had a fantastic time staying in a family suite for two nights! The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the cozy chairs outside our room for evening relaxation. Just a heads up, the pillows were a bit too firm for our liking, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

I stayed with my family and I had a good time! It was close to shopping and restaurants. It was a short drive from the falls. The hotel had a very homey feeling and was very quiet during our stay. I would recommend friends and others to stay at this motel.

I wished the pillows were just a little bigger.
